Dear Colleagues, 

Some important news from the Scientific Committee:

To ensure optimal planning of the scientific program of the Nordic Congress, the Scientific Committee kindly requests that proposals for symposia are delivered according to following guidelines:    

• Ideas about topics and speakers for a symposium must be delivered no later than 28 November 2008 to congress@dsam.dk
• The symposium proposal should contain the following items: Symposium title, Background, Responsible Chair, Other participants
• The Scientific Committee will give you notification no later than 15 December 2008
• If your idea is accepted by the Scientific Committee the final abstract for the symposium must be submitted on-line at https://www.ics-online.com  no later than 2 January 2009

Please notice that the above guidelines ONLY apply if you want to submit a Symposium.

Guidelines for other types of abstracts have not changed.
